Billy collected and delivered some furniture pieces at extremely short notice for me. He went above and beyond on the hottest day of the year. Very courteous and professional. I was so happy to have discovered him.

Requested a quote online with some movers and about 3 weeks before my moving date Jacko's called me and asked for details of the move, after a quick 5 minute call i was given a quote for £160 to move one bedrooms worth of furniture (double bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe, chest of draws, ottoman, bookcase and quite a lot of boxes/suitcases. He was very polite and professional and booked me in and even confirmed again with me a few days prior. On the actual day of the move, was bang on time and immediately very professional, I had booked in for a half day job and we managed to get all the furniture moved out and back in to my new house within about 2 hours. Wrapped up whatever furniture he felt was a risk of damaging any walls and was very careful. Could not have asked for a better or smoother moving day and it was thanks to this chaps brilliant service. Will 100% reccomend Jacko's to all my friends and family and will definitely be booking in again should I need to move in the future. Awarded 5 stars as i couldn't score any higher. Would very VERY highly recommend this company. The prices were great for two students trying to move a few boxes and were very speedy at trying to get in contact and assist with my needs. Super helpful on the day as well and were super convenient when I needed the timings to change and the van was a PERFECT size. Thank you so much for your service.

Cannot praise this team more highly. Needed someone to help with a moving crisis and they were able to be there with a van in 45 minutes from the first phonecall!! Excellent rates, and an excellent service.

Absolutely superb service. I had called bill as he was the first urgent moving company that I found on Google, and although it was midday he accommodated my request after I almost got scammed by another very famous moving company in Norwich (they knew I needed it urgently so they decided to triple the price when I have dealt with them before and I knew their prices + they were rude about it too). He was very easy going and Waited with us until we got after hours access from the storage unit. He also lifted all the boxes up one floor, fixed the door that wouldn't open and charged us a fraction of what the other company wanted to. If you need a moving company in Norwich I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Absolutely amazing. He really saved us! We had so much to move and he helped us very quickly in such short notice and also helped us move everything into the flat, up stairs that included multiple trips. Cannot thank him enough, an absolute god send. Also he is very reasonable priced, he also wraps and protects your items which we was so thankful for. He also kept us informed of when he was coming and how far away he was. Honestly a lovely person. Really really recommend.

Everything you'd want from a moving company. Billy and Harvey were Friendly, punctual, took great care with all our things, gave us extra packing materials to better protect important items, and got heavy and cumbersome things into difficult places. We got a whole house move for hundreds less than any other company. We'd highly recommend them!

Billy helped with my house move which was a pretty big job. Billy was very helpful, polite and really knew his stuff. He ended up organising the much larger removal company people and loading everything properly. Communication before the move was excellent and arrived on time. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Billy helped me move out of my big family home into my new house. He was exceptional from start to finish, helping me not only with my main house move but also finding me someone that could help me move a hot tub at a much cheaper price than I had been quoted elsewhere. Billy was reasonably priced, always got back to me quickly and was very efficient on the day of my move. Would highly recommend Billy was extremely helpful from the off set with advice on how to pack for movement to loading/unloading the van. Not only was the price more than fair he also took extreme care with larger furniture all the way to ensuring the many plants were secure and made the journey. 10/10 would use and recommend to everyone.

I cannot praise this company more highly, they went above and beyond for our office move, our plans changed and the move had to be brought forward so we were not as prepared as we could have been. Jackos took the move with one days notice, they had the time because another job was cancelled, Billy and his colleague even dismantled desks and other furniture and reassembled them at the other end. Just a massive thanks to Billy and Ben for helping us move. Not an easy day with being late out of the old house and having to wait a few hours to get the keys to the new house.
